What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of gutter installation or exterior construction experience (K-style & half-round preferred)
✅ A positive, team-first attitude – We’re big on culture!
✅ Strong communication & customer service skills
✅ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
✅ OSHA certification or ladder safety training (preferred)
✅ Construction license in Florida
✅ Willingness to work overtime when needed
